BURLINGTON (WTVD) --Did a thief have a change of heart? Burlington Police aren't sure, but they do know that a rifle that was stolen from a pawn shop was mysteriously returned.On Friday, police responded to a larceny call at USA Pawn at 2110 N. Church St. Before officers arrived, the suspect fled the store with a Weaver Arms Nighthawk 9mm rifle.In the days since, the firearm reappeared.
